I have been a loyal customer of Residential Plumbing for 2 years. The quality and workmanship has always been excellent.  The service is exceptional. Being a senior and living on a limited budget their prices are less than the other plumbing companies in my area. I would suggest giving them a try.

My house had the Gray Polybutylne. I contracted Residential Plumbing for repipe and replacing my water heater.

They did an excellent job on time and performed the job as stated in the proposed contract. Their workers were excellent, hard working and got the job done as promise.

Mr Darrell himself was there to replace the water heater. They were very honest of what they do.

After the job was done, they inspected and corrected what needed to be corrected.

At 11pm that night on Saturday, I discovered a very small leak in the master bedroom toilet in which I could wait till next morning. I left Mr Darrell a phone message, and he returned my phone call in less than 5 minutes.

I said I could wait, he insisted to come in and fix the problem right away. He said "He stands on his work". So he sent his worker over to correct the problem that same night. Which turned out to be the nut bolt just needed some tightening which I could have done myself.

Overall their honesty, willing to stand behind their work and go the extra mile to satisfy their customers really impressed me.

We don't see many companies like that nowaday. Therefore I think they deserve the compliment. So this is my note as a token of thank you to them.
